My boyfriend created a small crack in the upper green glass frame when he nailed in a hold nail, thankfully it's minor and I don't believe it will crack farther. We just got the window installed and it looks beautiful! The unfortunate thing is that the existing window was a bit bowed and the panes were not uniform so not all of the design exactly matached up. You really have to know that to look for it. We may eventually take the original window out to fix it - not that we really need to - we love it now! Don't know if you remember, but you made a 24 x 36 stained glass piece of a pelican with a fleur de lis in the bottom right corner. It is beautiful. After many delays, my new house is finally finished and I wanted to send you some pictures. \

The picture with the stained glass at a distance is what you see as you enter my front door. It is stunning, to say the least. The second picture is closer up.

Actually, the house is for sale now - I am moving out of the city to Madison, Miss., which is just north of Jackson. I am retiring in one month and am just tired of evacuating when hurricanes come along, which seems to happen all too often.

20 The pelican will stay with the house in Metairie. In fact, I think it will sell the house. Hope so, anyway.

After I get settled in my new house in Madison, I may contact you again when I see a good place for a beautiful piece of stained glass.

Hello! I received my windows Saturday morning, just as advertised. I was most impressed with the packaging job, I actually sat and studied it for a minute or two, trying to figure out the best way to pry it open without damaging the glass inside.

When I took the glass out, a very big smile broke out on my face. The pics you sent did not do the pieces justice! They are fantastic! I immediately ran out to Lowe's and got the hooks needed, and had the glass hung by mid-afternoon. They make my Billiards room look SO COOL!!!!!!!

Sorry for taking so long in letting you know how the pieces of glass turned out. They are fantastic! When I sent you a photo of the glass from a postcard I was hoping they would turn out nice but they are even better than my high expectations.

I appreciate all the time you took to draw up the pieces initially and then to make our changes until they were just right. The workmanship on the pieces is excellent and the detail is spot-on. If we need more stained glass you will be the first place we will turn to. The whole experience from initial contact all the way through to the delivery of the pieces was exceptional. I've enclosed a couple of photos to show you how your excellent
work looks in our home.

I just wanted to say how much David & I like the windows! They are great!  Because the light does not come in directly and we have had cloudy weather, the pictures do not do the windows justice, but here are a couple.

Thanks everyone for your great, fantastic, awesome, incredible and wonderful efforts in making the "Angel" 20" circle window glass for my niece. After she found out who sent it to her ( my fault for not instructing you to put a card in with it) she called this morning to tell me how beautiful it is and that she loves it. I think that will be one of my most favorite gifts that I gave. She also told me that the lady she spoke to there in your office was very sweet to her and thank you for that too. I wanted to give her and her family something really special this year as she lost both her 21 yr old son AND her father (my brother) last year in this time span of holidays. The "angel" will remind them that they are being watched over by lost loved ones AND myself, who's still here for them. Thank you too for the pictures of the glass when it was finished to show me my "gift" and how it turned out. You folks are the best. It's probably a good thing that you are way out there in CA., because I would be there a lot, drooling over the beautiful stained glass artwork you do.

Reananon:    The 3' stained glass window is wonderful. My builders will frame it and get it installed when they put in the other windows. The roof is being put on now so it should be in the dry in another couple weeks. Tell your guys that you did a good job. My wife loves it. Also thanks for packing it really good. I know it took time to build a wood crate for it and it was professionally packed.

Have been thinking of sending you all a huge thank you for doing such a great job on the window.....We waited to put it in until we could tell what hurricane season was going to do....but it is in now and looks fabulous...It really brightens up the room and of course fills the downstairs will lovely color.
