Hi Rae - I finally opened the crated window last night & it was installed this morning. It looks great! My wife & I are so happy with it and are currently picking out paint and tile colors for our kitchen, based around this window.

I received my stained glass panel yesterday and would like to thank y'all for the incredible work you did with it. While the pictures you sent let me see what the window looked like, they really did the piece no justice. The glass looks much nicer than I could have even imagined and the workmanship is truly top-notch.
While I had a general idea of what to expect, the end result totally surpasses ALL of my expectations. The colors are so bright and vivid that they seem to jump off of the piece right at you, and the "swirls" within the glass add great depth and complexity. It is easy to see that the individual panes of glass were cut and assembled with great care and artistry. The panel will fit beautifully into my collection of art glass from around the world. Our house will be painted yellow, with white trim and navy blue where all the green is, so it will match beautifully!!
We have so much traffic stopping and pointing up there, its funny! We also have them lit up at night which is especially stunning!

Hello! I received my windows Saturday morning, just as advertised. I was most impressed with the packaging job, I actually sat and studied it for a minute or two, trying to figure out the best way to pry it open without damaging the glass inside.
When I took the glass out, a very big smile broke out on my face. The pics you sent did not do the pieces justice! They are fantastic! I immediately ran out to Lowe's and got the hooks needed, and had the glass hung by mid-afternoon. They make my Billiards room look SO COOL!!!!!!!
I don't have a digital camera, but my dad does, and I'll send you a couple pics as soon as I can. I'm saving your address, so in the future if I need custom glass, I know who to call.....Thanks again, ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE PRICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our window arrived as promised on Monday. I couldn't believe how well
it was packed! The window is exquisite. Just exactly as we had
envisioned.
I had always thought it would cost us thousands to
commission a window. I was pleasantly shocked to discover your
amazingly reasonable prices, your ability to resize my choice of window,
how easy you all were to work with, your quality workmanship . . . . in
just a matter of weeks, from my initial phone call, we now have an
absolutely gorgeous window.
It makes such a big difference in the
entry to our music room. The photo I'm attaching is actually taken from
within the music room, looking towards our front entry and dining room.
Inside the music room, we have a blue and white oriental rug, a grand
piano and a pipe organ.
The window makes just the right "statement"
before entering, especially with the cobalt blue glass that you added!

Sorry for taking so long in letting you know how the pieces of glass turned
out. They are fantastic! When I sent you a photo of the glass from a
postcard I was hoping they would turn out nice but they are even better than
my high expectations.
I appreciate all the time you took to draw up the pieces initially and then
to make our changes until they were just right. The workmanship on the
pieces is excellent and the detail is spot-on. If we need more stained glass
you will be the first place we will turn to. The whole experience from
initial contact all the way through to the delivery of the pieces was
exceptional. I've enclosed a couple of photos to show you how your excellent
work looks in our home.

I just wanted to let you know that both windows arrived in great shape (of
course) and look fabulous. I've got to find some brackets for attaching to
the top of the window and then hooks for attaching the chains.
Once I've
gotten that completed I'll be sending you photos of them in place. Just so
you know, everyone that has seen them so far has asked how I had them made
and how expensive they were.
Everyone is impressed and thrilled. So,

Thanks everyone for your great, fantastic, awesome, incredible and wonderful efforts in making the "Angel" 20" circle window glass for my niece. After she found out who sent it to her ( my fault for not instructing you to put a card in with it) she called this morning to tell me how beautiful it is and that she loves it. I think that will be one of my most favorite gifts that I gave. She also told me that the lady she spoke to there in your office was very sweet to her and thank you for that too. I wanted to give her and her family something really special this year as she lost both her 21 yr old son AND her father (my brother) last year in this time span of holidays. The "angel" will remind them that they are being watched over by lost loved ones AND myself, who's still here for them. Thank you too for the pictures of the glass when it was finished to show me my "gift" and how it turned out. You folks are the best. It's probably a good thing that you are way out there in CA., because I would be there a lot, drooling over the beautiful stained glass artwork you do.

Reananon: The 3' stained glass window is wonderful. My builders will frame it and get it installed when they put in the other windows. The roof is being put on now so it should be in the dry in another couple weeks. Tell your guys that you did a good job. My wife loves it. Also thanks for packing it really good. Well, as promised, attached are a couple pictures of the large stained
window, installed over the doors, which I managed to put in over the
weekend. Both pictures are from indoors. #2860 is in the evening, with
the chandelier lighting the foyer. #2861 is from early this morning with
the morning light shining in through the window. Too bad, my digital
camera is old (sounds strange to say that a "digital"camera is old!) and
not very capable. The pictures do a real dis-service to the window. It
is gorgeous, and we love it.
Anyway, thanks for all your help and work.
