OH WOW! That is all I could say when I opened up the crates. You were right, they even look better in person. They arrived last Monday, and you could never tell that they had traveled over a thousand miles to get here. They were all just like when your staff crated them.
Oh, yes, they even look better in my house. I will send some pictures in a few days. The only problem so far, is I do not get much done as I just want to stand and look at them. And as you know, as the sun comes and goes, you see something different each time. If any one ever wanted to know what one of your customers say about your work, just give them my e-mail address and I would be happy to talk with them. Also, for any one that might have some reservations about shipping them across county, I can answer that as well.

I wanted to get a picture of the window with the sunset through it, but I have not grabbed it yet.
Hopefully these might be good. I will try and get one that is farther back too.
I had a custom frame made for in front of the window and it turned out perfect.
I just love it. At night the center lights shine a little through on the water and it looks like the moonlight on the water.

You and your staff have been amazing. Our stained glass window has been repaired and re-installed. We couldn’t be more pleased!
I really appreciate all the help in identifying someone near us who could do the repair. I’m sure I wouldn’t have been able to find someone very easily. Mr. Binetti is a lovely man who works out of his home. He had expected the repair to be $25, but since it was a larger piece than anticipated (and took him longer) he asked for $35. That was totally fine with us. It was a big help that you sent a replacement piece already cut to size. I dropped the window off and did some errands. It was ready a few hours later.
We have gotten so many compliments on the window. More importantly, we enjoy it every day as we pass by it. It’s really a very special addition to our home.

The window you created brings us so much pleasure every morning that we hate to leave the bathroom! As you can see the entire bathroom was designed around the window so that the window would be the focal point, and everything was done with glossy white and accents of blue and clear glass to highlight the effect and play of light and color in the room.
Again thank you very much....you did your job with the utmost professionalism and courtesy, something we really appreciated. We definitely will contact you again should we need another window created, which we have already discussed as a future project.

The window was received just fine and has been installed. I thought you might be interested in seeing it in place. The pictures are not the best, but I think you can see that the window really adds grace and beauty to a small windowless room. Our carpenters built a beautiful box to show it off.

Just perfect, thank you so much. Fits and looks very nice. I'll stop it in tomorrow. It cured a large problem in a new bathroom. Instead of a "fixed" look, it looks like we actually meant it. Always nice.
I'll send you pictures when it is done. It is a "transom" over a privacy glass clear fir door set in clear cedar tongue and groove walls. When I tore the deck off and enclosed the bathroom the door opening in the clear cedar interior wall was 6 inches taller than a standard door. To get a custom door made would have been over $1200. And it would not have looked right. I thought about making one myself (I've done it a couple of times) but this became a great and easy solution.
This looks just right. When I popped it in for a test look, my wife said, just perfect. I agree.
